How to:

Set Up: Open to a comfortable stretch position and align the fingers
Do: Open to a comfortable stretch → hold 3–5s → close back slowly

Equivalent logic:

Best with a finger stretcher; unweighted works if you keep the same slow, comfortable range

Safety:

Stop for sharp pain, numbness, or tingling
Stay in a comfortable range
Stay controlled
