- Wrist Mobility Twist — Twist Bar — 8 reps × 1 set
- Isometric Twist Hold — Twist Bar — 15 sec × 3 sets
- Slow Controlled Twist — Twist Bar — 6 reps × 3 sets
- Slow Release Twist — Twist Bar — 6 reps × 1 set
Rest Rule: 30 sec between sets
Keep your wrists stable and breathe naturally. Do not shrug, hold your breath, or force the hold.
