Slow Controlled Squeeze

A slow-control squeeze built around slow in and slow out—full-range control is the goal.

How to:

Set Up: Center the tool in your palm, wrap fingers evenly, keep the wrist neutral  
Do: 2–3s squeeze → “strong but comfortable” close → 2–3s return (slow return matters most, no snapping)


Equivalent logic: 

Ring and ball follow the same rule — palm-driven squeeze → slow return (no snapping)


Safety:

Stop for sharp pain, numbness, or tingling  
Slow return — no snapping open  
Keep wrists as neutral as possible
