A foundational squeeze built around a smooth close and a slow, controlled return.

How to:

Set Up: Center the tool in your palm, wrap fingers evenly, keep the wrist neutral.
Do: Smooth squeeze to “strong but comfortable” → slow return (no snap).

Equivalent logic: 

Ring/Ball follow the same rule—palm-driven squeeze → slow return (no snap).

Safety:

Stop for sharp pain, numbness, or tingling
Slow return — no snapping open
Keep wrists as neutral as possible
