Power Pulse Squeeze

A pulse squeeze built around small, repeated outputs in the mid-range.

Works with: Gripper · Ring · Ball

Benefits:

Daily: Sharper mid-range response and control
Training: Mid-range small pulses to train rhythm and short-range output
Comfort: Small range is easier to control with less stress

How to:

Set Up: Squeeze to the mid-range (about 50–70% closed), wrist neutral
Do: Mid-range small pulses (6–8) → even rhythm → finish with a slow return

Equivalent logic:

Ring and ball — same small-range pulses, then finish with a slow return

Safety:

Stop for sharp pain, numbness, or tingling
Slow return — no snapping open
Keep wrists as neutral as possible

Note:

Keep pulses small — don’t speed up
