How to:

Set Up: Fingertips on the surface, wrist neutral
Do: Light fingertip presses (3 each) → switch fingers → keep it gentle

Equivalent logic:

Ring and ball follow the same rule — light, controlled presses with a slow return (no snapping)

Safety:

Stop for sharp pain, numbness, or tingling
Slow return — no snapping open
Keep wrists as neutral as possible
