I would highly recommend these resistance bands. I did not find anything bad on this product at this time after using them for a week. Right now, the value for money is great with this set.

I do have a set of dumbells but they're not very versatile especially as I don't have a lot of weights to play around with. These bands are a game changer. I was sceptical of the quality of these but can agree with other reviews that these are superior quality bands. Very well made and look and feel really durable. The accessories provided give you everything you need to make you target every muscle group and you can use them for HIIT training to isolation exercises. Definitely worth having the hand supports for certain exercises and resistances. Very versatile bands and you don't have to worry about changing weights after each set. Just pick up another band or increase the resistance using the same band by simply moving where you position your hands or feet.

Consegna in un giorno e pacco perfetto! Le fasce risultano integre e complete di tutti i componenti come citati nella descrizione. Non puzzano, come di solito capita con prodotti del genere. Ottime per un allenamento completo a corpo libero... Basta un pò di inventiva e voglia per fare una molteplicità di esercizi 💪🏽 per chi ha poco spazio in casa come me, sono una buona soluzione per mantenersi in forma e continuare un buon programma di allenamento! 💪🏽
Si possono unire anche 2 o più fasce insieme per aumentare la resistenza. 😉

Che dire, uno dei migliori prodotti mai presi da fit beast, come potete notare dalla foto è un marchio che mi piace parecchio e che uso tutti i giorni: Dal foam roller con le palline al tappetino fantastico agli elastici, sia per potenziamento, che per riscaldamento, per esercizi (come il pull down che ho proprio oggi in scheda, che senza questi elastici non avrei potuto fare) sia aiuto nei dip per recuperaro da un infortunio. I prodotti sono ottimi, gli elastici hanno scritte le varie resistenze sopra e sono molto molto fatti bene a mio avviso. Ce l ho gia da qualche mese e apparte la scatola un po' rovinata tra traslochi ed altro, assolutamente nulla da dire davvero. Il prodotto arriva anche con 2 maniglie da usare come presa per l elastico per non distruggerti le mani 😂.
E per chi non avesse strutture arriva anche con il pezzettino per attaccare l elastico alla porta senza rovinarla. Garanzia a vita, 7 giorni di video tutorial e cose gratis, libricino con spiegazione di tutto. Cosa volete di più? Potessi mettere più di 5 stelle l avrei fatto!!! Grande fit beast, fan numero 1!💕💕

El producto viene muy bien empaquetado y la presencia es de producto premium. Lo vais a ver desde que abráis la caja por primera vez. Después lo guardas todo en su bolsita y no tienes que hacer nada más. No ocupa espacio, no pesa y lo puedes llevar a donde quieras.
La compra es espectacular, no os vais a arrepentir.
