A pinch hold built around holding a pinch grip steady without movement.

How to:

Set Up: Pinch the ball edge with the thumb and index or middle finger, wrist neutral
Do: Pinch to firm but controllable → hold 3–5s → slow release

Equivalent logic:

Best with a ball; keep fingertip alignment and release under control

Safety:

Stop for sharp pain, numbness, or tingling
Slow return — no snapping open
Keep wrists as neutral as possible
