An anti-rotation hold built around resisting recoil and holding the angle still.

How to:

Set Up: Twist to light tension, elbows close to the body
Do: Twist to tension → hold still 3–5s → slow return to neutral

Equivalent logic:

Twist-bar specific — do not substitute with a gripper, ring, or ball

Safety:

Stop for sharp pain, numbness, or tingling
Slow return — no snap-back
Keep wrists as neutral as possible
