Controlled Bend Hold

A controlled bend hold built around staying still while holding a fixed bend shape.

Benefits:

Daily: More stable bending control
Training: Hold a fixed bend shape to build deformation control and tolerance
Comfort: Slow and controlled — avoid sudden release or forced bending

How to:

Set Up: Grip both ends and bend slowly into the target shape
Do: Bend to shape → hold still (3–5s) → slow return (no sudden release)

Equivalent logic:

Twist-bar specific — do not substitute with a gripper, ring, or ball

Safety:

Stop for sharp pain, numbness, or tingling
Slow return — no snap-back
Keep wrists as neutral as possible

Note:

No sudden release — control the return
