How to:

Set Up: Lightly hold the ball (or gripper), shoulders relaxed
Do: Light squeezes (6) → smooth motion → slow return

Equivalent logic:

Ring and ball follow the same rule — palm-driven squeeze → slow return (no snapping)

Safety:

Stop for sharp pain, numbness, or tingling
Slow return — no snapping open
Keep wrists as neutral as possible
